I will write this up and share the link with people who want to know their passwords when they forget it.
So here it is,
Assuming that your Laptop is connected to the WiFi and you want to know the password so that you can connect your other devices (Laptop, Mobile etc) to it. Here is what you need to do.
Click on the Wi-Fi Icon from the Taskbar.
Or You can alternatively go to
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center
You will end up on the same windows both way.
Now you need to click on the Wi-FI connection, (as shown in the image)
When you get the windows om the screen, you have to click on Wireless Properties.
When you get to this screen, click on the screen tab where you will find your WiFI network password. Check the show characters box which will reveal the WiFi password.
You can use this password to type into your other device for connecting them to this network.
