Scale of Pay : Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2000 plus admissible allowance
Age Limit : Candidate should be between 18 to 27 years as on 4th September 2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for OC,8 years for OBC and 10 years for SC/ST candidates.
Education Qualification : Candidate should be Matriculation/SSC Passed from a recognized Board/University
Selection Procedure : Selection will be made through Aptitude Test (Multiple Choice Question) of the level of 10th Class/Matriculation covering Questions on General Knowledge, Reasoning and analytical ability in Part A, Mathematics in Part B, English language & Telugu language in Part C
Probation : Selected candidates will be on probation for period of two years
Application Fee : Candidates shall pay Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) as application for Registration charges plus Examination fee of Rs.400. SC/ST/Women are not required to pay Examination fee. Candidate must pay fee through Sunayasam in any Head Post office and selected Sub Post offices in Andhra Pradesh State and in Telangana States under Sunayasam Head: Postman Recruitment 2016 in the Post office
