JIPMER Puducherry Recruitment 2016: Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), (An Institution of National Importance under Ministry of Health & Family welfare) Puducherry has published a notification at official website www.jipmer.edu.in for selection of 92 posts of Senior Residents in various departments of Institute on Regular Basis. A Walk-In- Interview will be conducted from 22nd August 2016 to 23rd August 2016 for selection of candidates.

Age limit : Upper age limit is 33 years for candidates having Post Graduate qualification & 35 years for Post-Doctoral Degree holders (DM/M.Ch).Age Relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST candidates for 5 years and 3 years for OBC as per Govt. of India's Rules.
Pay Scale : Basic Pay of Rs.18750/- with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- (Revised) with other usual allowances
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in concerned discipline from recognized university/Institute.For the Post of Senior Resident in Emergency Medical Services Department (Casualty) the candidate should possess M.B.B.S Degree and 02 years' experience in Emergency Services
Selection Process : Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview through a written Examination based on MCQs in the subject concerned. 85% of total marks will be for written test and 15% for Personal interview.
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General and OBC categories are required to pay application fee charges of Rs.500/ and SC/ST candidates are required to pay Rs. 250.Fee should be pay through a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, JIPMER, Puducherry-06. No fee charges for Persons with Disabilities (PwD's).
