Scale of Pay : Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs.2000 plus admissible allowance
Age Limit : Candidate should be between 18 to 27 years as on 4th September 2016. Relaxation in Upper age limit is 05 years for OC, 08 years for OBC and 10 years for SC/ST candidates.
Education Qualification : Candidate must have Matriculation/SSC examination from a recognised Board/ University.
Selection Process : Selection process will consist of Aptitude Test (Multiple Choice Question) of the level of 10th Class/Matriculation covering Questions on General Knowledge, Reasoning and analytical ability in Part A, Mathematics in Part B, English language & Telugu language in Part C
Probation : Candidates will be selected on probation for period of two years.
Application Fee : Candidates are required to pay application fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for Registration charges plus Examination fee of Rs.400. SC/ST/Women are not required to pay Examination fee. Candidate should pay fee through Sunayasam in any Head Post office and selected Sub Post offices in Andhra Pradesh State and in Telangana States under Sunayasam Head: Postman Recruitment 2016 in the Post office
