Tata Steel Won Prime Minister’s Trophy For 8th Time
Tata Steel was conferred with the Prime Minister’s Trophy on 2 April
2015 at Rourkela for being the ‘Best Performing Integrated Steel Plant’
in the country during the performance year 2010 – 2011. In recognition
of the Company’s outstanding performance, the Prime Minister’s Trophy
was presented by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, to T
V Narendran, Managing Director, India & South East Asia, Tata
Steel. The Company was adjudged as the best steel plant for the eighth
time since this trophy was instituted in 1992-93.
